Would friends please meet to celebrate Simon's life at at St John Boste RC Church on Monday 22nd July 2024 at 11.00am followed by cremation at Birtley Crematorium.
Everyone is welcome to the Blue Bell afterwards for refreshments and to share memories of Simon.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers would be appreciated to both St Benedict's Hospice and AMMF. St Benedict's were amazing looking after Simon and supporting us in the past 6 weeks and AMMF is a charity which specializes in Cholangiocarcinoma which is the very rare cancer Simon was diagnosed with.
